*evilive walks towards the stage and climbs up the stairs once more.
his usual gesture at this point of the night,
he raises both hands in
the air greeting the audience. A huge ovation is heard and also when it goes to silence a few
whistle a bit, rising hissy fits in the air. evilive chuckles and grabs the mic*
Hello, hello, good evening,
Ladies, Gentlemen, winners, and sore
losers!!! I'm here to present an unique award! tonight, I do have the
honour
to announce who's been declared RBC's Brighest Star!!!
*evilive waits till the applause lowers, and continues*
The
candidates for this award are:
*drums*
Capadocious!!
Obsidian!!
Shikon!!
Shining Host!!
and last but not least, Ravenblack itself!!!
*Applauses,
whistling and some yelling, while evilive grabs the
envelope. He opens it, reads it and starts laughing out of control.
People stares at him curious, and evilive calms down after some
seconds. Wiping a tear out of his eye, he continues*
"Sorry,
I apologize to the general public, it's just that I remembered
a joke I was told some time ago and couldn't help laughing,
again,
sorry... So, as I said, I am presenting the RBC's Brighest Star
Award... and the winner is.... Obsidian!!!!
Please, my friend, come
join me at the stage to receive your well deserved award!!!"

She pulled the knife out out of the wall and figured it was the end
of the night for her. Time to get the "lovely
cape" and go home.
But then she heard her name called for the nominations of RavenBlack City's Brightest Star. Well
maybe she would stay to see who won.
evilive was on the stage...
"So, as I said, I am presenting
the RBC's Brightest Star Award...
and the winner is.... Obsidian!!!! Please, my friend, come join me at the stage to receive
your well deserved award!!!"
"Wow" was all she think. She walked up to the stage in a daze. This
night had been
very, eventful, full of ups and downs. But this, this was amazing. She really did NOT think she would win.
As
she reached where evilive stood she gave him a kiss on the cheek and a hug and she whispered "Thank you." to evilive as she
received her award.
Standing at the podium, she was pretty much at a loss as to what to
say. Looking out at the
sea of eyes staring back at her she figured
she'd better find something to say soon.
And so she began. "This is
truly unexpected, I mean, I had hoped for
it. I imagined it on my mantel at chateau noir," *smile* "But I didn't
think I would actually win. I'm really very excited."
"This is a great honor and I am very well surprised still, *laughs*
but very touched, thank you, I will treasure it always. Thank you to
everyone who voted, this means so very much to
me. I'd also of
course like to thank my wonderful clans once more, Clan de Vengeurs, you are all MY brightests stars,
Shadow Court, you are all awesome, thank you so much for your support, couldn't have done it without you, to my friends, family
and extended family, I love you all,
thank you so very much."
*blows a kiss to the room*
She takes her
award and makes her way over to the bar, to show
everyone her shiny new award. :D
